Up to 31 days before arrival: 60% of total amount (deposit)
30 to 21 days before arrival: no fees
20 to 7 days before arrival: no fees
From 6 days and arrival: balance payment of 40% (cash on arrival)
No show: 100% of total amount
Regardless of above mentioned cancellation fees, some ship-owner have other contract conditions, which are specially specified in your reservation confirmation and are binding for you. In order to cover any risk of cancellation fees, we highly recommend travel insurance. A change of tour date within 31 days will be treated as a cancellation and cancellation fees will apply accordingly.

During that period, there may be special conditions and compulsory dinner for Christmas Eve and New Year Eve.
Upon tour confirmation, a deposit of 60% is requested in order to guarantee your reservation. The deposit is non-refundable.
The amount stated in invoice should be credited in full regardless of any bank transfer charges.
The remaining balance you may pay in US$ cash upon arrival in Myanmar, or transfer 14 days before your arrival to our bank account.
Cancellations fees may apply within 4 weeks of arrival date and vary depend on Hotels, Flights and Cruises suppliers’ conditions.
