Itinerary

Day 1YANGON ARRIVAL AND YANGON SIGHTSEEING (BY PRIVATE CAR)

Arrival Yangon by international flight.
Meeting with your professional guide and assistance on arrival and go to have a lunch.
Visit Chaukhtatgyi Reclining Buddha Image which is 230ft (70 m) long in the pose of rest, the head is lifted up by the right arm bent at the elbow and Ngahtatgyi Pagoda which is a distinct five-tiered pagoda houses the original 20.5 feet high Buddha image was donated by Prince Minyedeippa in 1558.
Evening visit Shwedagon Pagoda rises 326ft (99.3m) above its base. Erected more than 2500 years ago and enshrining eight hairs of Buddha placed in a treasure chamber deep under its base. It is the highest symbol of the people’s devotion to Buddha.

Day 2YANGON-GOLDEN AND GOLDEN ROCK-NYAUNG SHWE (BY PRIVATE CAR)

Breakfast at hotel.
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive to Golden Rock via Bago (drive about 1 ½ hours) ancient capital of Mon Kingdom of 13th to 16th centuries, about 40 miles (65km) north of Yangon.
Continue to Golden Rock and take an open truck at Kinpun Base Camp for ascending to reach the hill top. Then, take a short walk to reach Golden Rock pagoda platform. Golden Rock Pagoda is a small spire of 18ft (5.5m) believed to enshrine a hair relic of Buddha. It is set a top a huge boulder which in turn is balanced on the edge of a cliff.
Tour around the pagoda platform and surroundings, market place and other interesting sites.
Take an open truck again for descending back to Kinpun base camp.
Then, drive to Nyaung Shwe, about (570 km) southern Shan State.

Day 3INLE LAKE SIGHTSEEING (BY PRIVATE BOAT)

Arrival Nyaung Shwe and check in to Hotel. (If early check in available)
Starts highlight sightseeing in Inle Lake. Sightseeing by boat on the beautiful Inle Lake home to Inthar national race, many of whom live in stilted houses built over the water. Inle Lake is second largest lake in Myanmar, stretches 11 miles (17.7 km). On the boat trip you will visit the market places, floating villages and floating gardens, silk & lotus stem weaving. You can also see Inthar technique of leg-rowing where one leg is wrapped around the paddle to drive the boat and also their traditional way of fishing. Afternoon: visit the famous Phaung Daw Oo Pagoda and Nga Phe Kyaung Monastery, one of the oldest monasteries on the lake to see ancient Buddha images.

Day 4INLE LAKE-MINE THAUK-INDEIN-BAGAN (BY PRIVATE BOAT AND CAR)

Early morning breakfast in Hotel and checkout from hotel.
This morning visit the 5 days market which due once on five days at each village to see multi hill tribes come down from nearby villages.
In the afternoon, we enjoy another boat tour to Indein, at the western end of the Lake. The boat takes you through a long and this ride is one of the most scenic boat tours on Lake Inle.
Then, back to Nyaung Shwe to leave for Bagan.

Day 5BAGAN FULL DAY SIGHTSEEING (BY PRIVATE CAR)

Raise up with the glorious beautiful morning in Bagan with thousand of pagodas. Peaceful breakfast at the hotel.
Bagan, on the banks of the Ayerwaddy River is home to the largest area of Buddhist temples, pagodas, stupas and ruins in the world, many dating to the 11th and 12th century. The shape and construction of each building is highly significant in Buddhism with each component part taking on spiritual meaning.
Start for highlight sightseeing in Bagan.
Visit Nyaung U local market, which is the best place to take the photos.
Visit Shwezigon Pagoda, prototype of later Myanmar stupa & of the famous pagoda of Myanmar.
Visit Htilominlo Temple, 150ft high temple with fine plaster carvings, glazed sandstone decorations in the base.
Visit Ananda Temple, one of the most beautiful temples in Bagan built by King Kyansitthar.
Visit Thatbyinnyu Temple, tallest in Bagan,
Visit MyinkabaGuByaukGyi Temple with mural paintings, then to Manuha Temple which houses four immense Buddha images, Myinkaba lacquerware village to see the manufacturing stages.
View the sunset from Sulamani Kone or Nyaung Laphat Kone.

Day 6BAGAN-MANDALAY AND MANDALAY SIGHTSEEING (BY PRIVATE CAR)

Breakfast at hotel.
After breakfast, check out from Hotel to leave for Mandalay.
Start highlight sightseeing in Mandalay, the second largest city and the last royal capital of Burma.
Visit Ku Tho Daw Pagoda also known as world’s largest book, surrounded by 729 marble slabs inscribed with Buddhist scriptures. It was built by King Mindon in 1857, modeled on the Shwezigon Pagoda at Nyaung U.
Visit Golden Palace Monastery, which was once part of the palace complex where King Mindon lived.

Day 7MANDALAY- AMARAPURA SIGHTSEEING – YANGON (BY PRIVATE CAR)

Early morning, you can participate the Mahamuni face washing ceremony at 4:30 am.
And then come back to hotel for breakfast and after breakfast check-out at the hotel.
Visit U Bein Bridge, 1.6km long wooden bridge said to be the longest teak bridge in the world, built over 150 years.
Drive to Yangon for (8hrs). When you arrive in Yangon, you check-in at hotel.

Day 8YANGON DEPARTURE

Breakfast at hotel and check-out.
Visit Botahtaung Pagoda, one of significant temple-type pagodas in Yangon which houses a sacred hair relic of the Buddha.
Visit Bogyoke Aung San Market (Scott Market) closed on Every Monday and gazette holidays, where you buy luxury item, handicrafts, food, stuff, clothing, jewelry, fashion and consumer goods.
Transfer to Yangon airport to board the international flight.
