Itinerary

Day 1Arrival Mandalay and sightseeing (By Car)

Arrival Mandalay by international flight.
Meeting with your professional guide and assistance on arrival and transfer to the hotel.
Visit to the revered Mahamuni Bouddha Image, as well as visit the workshop where gold leaf is produced.
An afternoon tour begins with Mandalay Palace was the first palace to be built in Mandalay, by King Mindon when he shifted his capital from Amarapura in 1861, to fulfill an old prophecy.
Visit Kuthodaw Pagoda, which is known as the World’s Biggest Book because of its stone slabs consisting of Buddhist scriptures.
To end the day with panoramic views of the city and a spectacular sunset at Mandalay Hill.

Day 2Mandalay - Mingun - Mandalay (By Boat)

After the breakfast, a boat trip along Ayeyarwaddy River (~ 1 hr) to visit Mingun village which is 11 km north of Mandalay.
Visit sites are: Pahtodawgyi, a giant brick stupa is constructed in 1970, Mingun Bell (90 tons), one of the world’s largest hanging bells was cast in 1808; Mya Theindan Pagoda (1817) has unique architecture style which symbolized the Seven Seas of Buddhist cosmology.
Stroll back to the boat for a visit to the numerous galleries lining the road.
Then back to Mandalay and visit Zay Cho market which is the major market in Mandalay and is one of Myanmar’s oldest.

Day 3Mandalay - Monywa (By Car)

After the breakfast, drive to Monywa (~ 140 km, ± 3 hour drive) and visit the Mohnyin Than Buddhay temple where over 500,000 Buddha images are seated and a Hollywood fantasy specialist could have been godfather here – but see for yourself (without fail!). Then continue to the visit of a religious sanctuary impressing Boddhi – Ta – Htaung that possesses thousands of the banyans underneath with Buddha’s statuaries, one of the biggest lying Buddha (more than 100m of length) and visit Laykyun Sekkyar Standing Buddha.

Day 4Monywa - Pakokku - Bagan (By Boat & Car)

After breakfast, visit of the 947 caves that make up the complex were built between the 14th and 18th centuries, and contain ornate mural paintings and hundreds of Buddha statues of Po Win Taung. The partitions are decorated of wall paintings illustrating the stages traditional bouddhiques as well as the profane stages.
And then, transfer to the harbor of Pakkoku (140 km/~3 hr) while crossing typical villages. Embarking on board of a private boat and restful coming down on the Irrawaddy stream (~ 2 hr), while crossing picturesque landscapes until Bagan. Arrived to Bagan and a vehicle will drive you to your hotel in Bagan.

Day 5Bagan (By Car)

After the breakfast, visit the colorful Nyaung U Market, Shwezigon Pagoda, a circular pagoda fully covered with gold leaf coating. You walk around the outside of this bell shaped pagoda and take some beautiful photos.
Visit a school where you can chat with the children and their teachers in Bagan.
Then, visit the magnificent Ananda Temple, a Lacquer-ware workshops and the massive
Dhamayangyi Temple.
Enjoy the sunset at Sulamani Kone or Nyaung Laphat Kone.

Day 6Bagan - Sat Say Yo - Bagan (By Car & E Bike)

After the breakfast, visit Sat Sat Yo village where we can see topknot style of Myanmar children known as Sanyitwine. Sat Sat Yo Village is famous for its’ unique hair style which is unlikely to no one.
Go back to Bagan and visit Kansithar U Min, Wetkyi-in Gubyaukkyi Temple (an Indian-style spire), Sulamani Temple and Thatbyinyu Temple (known for its great height), Myinkaba Gubyaukkyi Temple, Manuha Temple and Nanphaya Temple, a village to observe local village life by e bike.

Day 7Bagan - Heho (By Flight)

After the breakfast, an awaiting car will take you to the airport for the flight to Heho.
Proceed to Inle Lake. Visit Shwe Yan Pyay Monastery which is well-known by photographers for its unique oval-shape windows which serve as eye-catching frames when novice monks stand to look out.
Visit Phaung Daw Oo Pagoda that is one of the holiest sites in Shan State, visited by Buddhist worshippers from all around Myanmar. The shrine itself is huge and features five ancient golden Buddhas, and next to it can be found a large golden barge, a replica of the one said to have been used by King Alaung Sithu to travel around the country, the bazaar, Ngaphe Chaung monastery and silk & lotus stem weaving.

Day 8Inle (Cooking Class) (By Boat)

After the breakfast, you’ll go to meeting point at 9 am.
You will go to the local market in Nyaung Shwe where you will buy your fresh ingredients for the day before setting off to the site where the cooking class takes place. You are ready to cook between 8 to 10 special Shan dishes. You will get a very cool recipe book of all the dishes to take home with you at the end!
After having lunch, visit Indein at the western end of the Lake. The boat takes you through a long and this ride is one of the most scenic boat tours on Lake Inle.
Return hotel.

Day 9Inle - Heho - Yangon (By Flight)

After the breakfast, an awaiting car will take you to the airport for the flight to Yangon.
When you arrive in Yangon, visit downtown area, Sule Pagoda.
Stroll around City hall, Colonial buildings and Colonial Strand hotel.
Then, take water bus Yangon from Pansoedan.
You will be arrived in Insein and visit Insein market.
Evening visit Shwedagon Pagoda rises 326ft (99.3m) above its base. Erected more than 2500 years ago and enshrining eight hairs of Buddha placed in a treasure chamber deep under its base. It is the highest symbol of the people’s devotion to Buddha.

Day 10Yangon - Dala - Yangon (By Car)

After the breakfast, you will go to the Nan Thidar Jetty to see people coming and going for work from either side of Yangon River.
Transfer to Dala by ferry and arrive to Dala, you can study the ways of live of the people by trishaw and visit local markets, local houses and the Baung Daw Gyoke Pagoda where can be seen pythons hanging in tangled knots from the windows and slithering around the statues, and then take a short walk to see the Chinese pond to see designs of Confucian statues, owls, deer, and golden lions with heads that look like monkeys.
Visit Shwe Sayan Pagoda is a significant landmark of this town.
Enjoy the local tea at a local tea shop.
Continue to visit recycle bag shop and candle making factory.
In the evening, return to Yangon by ferry.
Drop at the night market on Kan Nar Road.

Day 11Yangon (By Car)

After the breakfast, you will go to an orphanage house where the fatherless and motherless children are living together. You can donate some money or some stationeries if you wish. The children at the facility visited by the Guardian appeared to be in good health, drawing pictures in books on the floor and playing games. They take primary education for 5 to 8 years old children.
Visit Bogyoke Aung San Market (Scott Market) closed on Every Monday and gazette holidays, where you buy luxury item, handicrafts, food, stuff, clothing, jewelry, fashion and consumer goods.
Embark on Yangon’s circular train from Yangon Central Railway station that weaves and trundles its way through the city’s main townships and districts in a rough circle. Observe the students and workers in their daily commute and the vendors and hawkers plying their trade. Food sellers hop on at each station selling betel nut, cigarettes, sweet buns, steamed sweet corn and other aromatic produce.
You will be arrived at Insein station in the evening.
Transfer to the hotel.

Day 12Departure (By flight)
