Itinerary

Day 1Yangon – Pyay - Thirikhitayar (By car)

Our professional guide will pick you up from your hotel located and drive to Pyay approximately 6 hours.
Pyay is one of the famous cities in Myanmar and located in Bago Division, near the bank of Ayeyarwaddy River, the biggest and the largest river in Myanmar and also an economic artery. When you look at on each side of the river, will see many pleasant sceneries with the mountain ranges.
Visit the cylinder-shaped Bawbawgyi Pagoda, Payagyi and Payama stupas each with a high conical dome.
Then, visit old city Thirikhitayar of 2000 years, one of the Ancient Pyu civilization cities and the 1st Myanmar site listed UNESCO World Heritage is including several pagodas and museum.
Evening visit to the most famous Shwesandaw Pagoda and sunset from there.

Day 2Pyay - Taungdwingyi - Beikthano

After the breakfast at hotel, morning go to Taungdwingyi town (4 hrs drive). Check in at the hotel. Then drive to Beikthano Pyu ancient City (30 minutes drive).
Beikthano is not an exception. It is traditionally believed to have been founded some 2,400 years ago by Princess Panhtwar descended from a still legendary dynasty of Tagaung in Upper Myanmar and one of the UNESCO world’s heritage cities.
Evening back to town.

Day 3Taungdwingyi - Mandalay

After the breakfast at hotel, visit Myoma market and Shwemawdaw Pagoda.
Drive to Mandalay( 4 hours drive).
Leisure time in Mandalay.

Overnight at hotel in Mandalay.

Day 4Mandalay - Shwebo - Hanlin

After the breakfast at hotel, drive to Shwe Bo town (3 hrs drive).
Check in at the hotel and drive to Halin Pyu ancient City, located in the dry Irrawaddy River zone, is the remnants of the Pyu kingdoms which settled for over a thousand years. The site is home to some of the world’s oldest Buddhist stupas (temples). City walls, fortresses, funeral sites and industrial production sites are also scattered across the three ancient cities..
Full day explore the old City.
Evening back to Shwe Bo.
